Steve graduated from Yale in composition, with performance study alongside Dave Samuels, Steve Swallow, Anthony Davis, and David Friedman.
As a vibraphonist, session musician, and MIDI programmer, his record credits include Ornette Coleman, Roberta Flack, Spyro Gyra, and Dave Valentin. He composed the theme for Fox's America's Most Wanted and scores the show weekly, and has arranged projects for Disney.
Spot credits include Panasonic, MONY, Mountain Dew, the New York Stock Exchange, and Diet Dr Pepper. He lives in Bedford, NY.
